What is your shipping time?

Our products are made-to-order and may take up to 2 weeks to be shipped out. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final unless there is a factory defect with your order. If you believe there is a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue. We will review your request and, if deemed necessary, provide a replacement or refund for the defective item.
