For customers in the US and Canada, we ship orders on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Domestic US orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days.

We ship all domestic orders via USPS ground unless otherwise specified. We encourage you to select a secure shipping location as we cannot process refunds or re-ship orders once USPS delivery confirmation is received.

RETURN

Our refund policy/return policy is as follows: all sales are final unless the product is damaged, or the wrong item was sent. At this time, we do not accept any returns or exchanges, but if you have a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product at chucklecouture@gmail.com.
